Programming registry keys and values in LabVIEW on a Mobile target can be daunting. Giawerx has developed a solution as a LabVIEW add-on VI Library that enables registry functionality on Windows Mobile and Pocket PC targets in LabVIEW. Utilizing the LabVIEW Inline-C construct, functions that are already resident on the target, within a native Microsoft DLL are wrapped within LabVIEW block diagrams to abstract the functionality.

This abstraction maximizes productivity, and minimizes time consuming, unimplemented, target specific API knowledge. The programmer can now literally drag and drop registry functionality onto their PDA VIs just as they can on their desktop VIs.
